Skincuress Scheduling Policy
Welcome to Skincuress! We’re excited to help you achieve your skincare goals. Please take a moment to review our scheduling policy.
- All appointments must be booked through our Acuity Scheduling system.
- A valid email address and phone number are required for confirmation and reminders.
Cancellation Policy
- We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least **48 hours in advance**
- No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
Rescheduling Policy
- You can reschedule your appointment up to **48 hours** in advance without any penalty.
- Rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will be subject to the same cancellation fees.
Payment Policy
- Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and other forms of electronic payment.
- A non-refundable deposit may be required for certain services, which will be applied to your total.
Late Arrivals
- If you arrive 15 minutes late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate other clients, and the full service fee will apply.
Health and Safety
- Please inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect your treatment.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if we feel it is in the best interest of your health.
